CSi Awarded Gas Storage Field Project

CSi’s Environmental Services Group has been awarded and commenced field activities on a vessel retirement/replacement project in major gas storage fields in West Virginia.  The project generally consists of decontamination/dismantlement of existing vessels; and transfer, placement and re-connection of the new vessels to be in compliance with EPA’s SPCC Requirements.

CSi's Rig #6 Delivered

CSi is pleased to announce the delivery of its Rig #6 (Gray Rig) to our Spencer, West Virginia Headquarters. Rig #6 is CSi’s third (3rd) new Dickirson D550 Double Derrick Rig and is slated for exclusive use of CSi’s long term Plugging and Abandonment (P&A) projects for a major coal mining company. Support equipment construction is scheduled to be completed next week with ‘rig-up’ activities scheduled for the following week. We anticipate mobilizing Rig #6 and its associated equipment to the field sometime later this month.

CSi Awarded Mercury Remediation Project

CSi’s Environmental Services Group has been awarded a Mercury Measurement Station (MMS) Remediation project in southern West Virginia for a major gas utility company.  Work will generally consist of meter house removal (some of which are lead paint contaminated), impacted mercury soil removal actions and backfill/restoration activities.
