Since 1997, CSi has been commissioned annually by a major oil and gas production company to investigate (tap and drain) and remove certain mileages of inactive crude oil pipelines located throughout West Virginia and Pennsylvania.  2010 activities formally commenced this day and will continue through the reamainder of 2010.
