It is imperative that ConServ as well as its customers develop leadership skills for its supervisors on the ‘front line’ where decisions may need to be made on the spot.  In lieu of having ConServ Supervisors sit through the traditional safety courses, ConServ felt it imperative and a better use of time to incorporate Front Line Leadership training into its 2020 Safety Summit Agenda.  As such, we commissioned and coordinated seasoned trainers from Houston, Texas to provide this training over the next several days at the ConServ Learning Center (CLC).  ConServ’s  first class of trained leaders.
